Second Skin Orcistra has been very busy at recording the album and arranging shows. They have a show coming up on February 22 7:00 pm at the Bobby Orr Comunity Centre in Parry Sound. Tickets can be purchased at Parry Sound Quick Cash , Puff and Stuff for $5.00 or $7.00 @ the door. The participating bands are as follow: And The Hero Dies, A Brief Taste Of Glory, The Vera Lynn Tragedy, Idiots, and of course Second Skin Orcistra!!! there will be merchandise sold at the show. you must also be in grade nine at leaste due to explicit lyrics. So any one who is any where near parry sound that weekend, come on down and have fun by supporting parry sounds local rock scene.
Helo evry body. Starting in December we are entering the studio for production of the cd. The general recording for the record is free but ass we all know mastering is very costly. As a band we are very very limited for cash. To raise money for mastering for the album we are attempting to put on shows in and out side of our town. Venues are minimal in Parry Sound but we are looking at near by towns such as Barrie, sudbury, northbay, toronto, etc. If and music fans or bands are intersted in attending or playing shows in these towns justmessege us and we'llput it on. bye bye for now and see you all in near or distant furture.
Helo people of the public. We, second skin orcistra, put on a show on october 12. It was a good turn out with 67 people cramed in the basement of the museum. there were three bands two of which opened the show for the s.s.o. We are looking to put on a show at the museum again. we are going to have four bands this time to draw more people.if you don't show you will all spontainiously combust into a firey flaming mess.!!
